Things You Need to Know Before We Arrive at Your Job• We need to get our state of the art spray rig within 50 feet of your home and within 75 feet of your electrical panel or temporary service • All of your plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough ins and inspections should take place before our arrival. Also make sure that your subcontracors properly secure all pipes and wires to the studs. You should be ready to hang drywall after we get through insulating your home. • If any trades damage our insulation after we complete the job, a minimum $250 touch up fee may apply. Make sure all of your pipes, wires, outlets, and switches are where you need them before we arrive • Although our product does not off gas after installation, personal protective equipment is required during installation therefore no other contractors should be working in the immediate area • The rooms that we are insulating should be free of trash and stored construction materials • A on-site dumpster must be provided or there may be a $250 debris removal fee • You should be present when we complete the job. We want to make sure that you are happy with our work. • We will provide a $10 credit per person/family that stops by to see our product while we are there. We will give them a brief tour and explain some of the benefits that your home will have over traditionally insulated homes. So tell all of your friends and receive up to $100 off of your insulation job • Last but not least, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule. A $250 rescheduling fee may apply if proper notice is not given. |
